Returns

You may cancel your order and return your books within 14 days of receiving them, in line with UK consumer law. Items must be unused and in a resaleable condition.

Email hello@duffykitchen.co.uk with your order number and the titles you wish to return. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

If a book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong title, contact us within 14 days with a photograph and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including postage, at no cost to you.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned books.
