These terms apply to all orders placed with DUFFY KITCHEN LTD through this website. By placing an order you accept them.

All titles sold on this website are original cookbooks written and published by DUFFY KITCHEN LTD. Cover images and product descriptions are provided in good faith; specifications such as page count and format are confirmed at the point of publication.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. A contract is formed once we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund where an item is unavailable or a price has been listed in error.

Delivery timescales and return rights are set out on our Delivery and Returns pages, which form part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
